A county judge in Texas is not backing down from his comment that got him in some hot water.

Lubbock County Judge Tom Head warned of a civil war if President Barack Obama is re-elected.

He’s calling for a militia to rise up against the United Nations he believes the president would bring in.

“Worst case scenario in my opinion, and how do you prepare for it. Do I think those are going to happen, probably not,” said Head.

“I have better words to use, but it’s not appropriate for this court. I am ashamed of what we are going through,” said County Commissioner Gilbert Flores.

You have to admire this fellow. Exercising free thought and speech is a rarity amongst any western judiciary now. When the judiciary are brave enough to speak out, well millions listen. One can wish this will become the norm not the exception.
