A very provocative piece of old government literature was posted at ZeroHedge today. Titled the National Security Study Memorandum (NSSM 200), also known as “The Kissinger Report” authored on December 10, 1974 and immediately classified under Executive Order 11652 until 1989, titled simply, “Implications of Worldwide Population Growth For U.S. Security and Overseas Interests.”
In a nutshell the conclusion was that the world’s increasing population as determined to be a national security threat to the future of the United States of America. And from there, we can see how various domestic and foreign policies unfolded with this concern as a back-drop…
