‘Paleo’ Nutrition Blogger Will Go to Jail if He Does Not Recant

Freedom of speech? Surely, you jest.
This man got diabetes. He started a blog on treating diabetes. He broke the law by doing this. He is not licensed to promote such opinions.
He promotes the so-called “paleo” diet: low carbohydrates. (The diet is not “paleo.” It’s capitalist. I have explained this here.)
He criticizes the establishment’s “carbs are OK” Party Line. That called down the wrath of the government on him.
Chapter 90, Article 25 of the North Carolina General Statutes makes it a misdemeanor to “practice dietetics or nutrition” without a license. According to the law, “practicing” nutrition includes “assessing the nutritional needs of individuals and groups” and “providing nutrition counseling.”
If he does not rewrite 3 years of posts, he must take down his site. If he refuses, and if he is convicted (after an expensive legal fight), he will go to jail.
When he was hospitalized with diabetes in February 2009, he decided to avoid the fate of his grandmother, who eventually died of the disease. He embraced the low-carb, high-protein Paleo diet, also known as the “caveman” or “hunter-gatherer” diet. The diet, he said, made him drug- and insulin-free within 30 days. By May of that year, he had lost 45 pounds and decided to start a blog about his success.

What wrong has this man done? None thats what. Yes, the EUSSR has banned sales of herbal remedies except from “approved” sources ie pharma. They are also trying to trash homeopaths and outlaw their practice with a campaign of harassment.
Well, folk have taken them on. Herbs and other plants are being planted in defiance, then used accordingly. Drive a thing underground and it will blossom.
Now this poses a question to me. If he states he is an indigenous native, declares his views as aboriginal and a tradition of his people. Well, that then brings in human rights law, enshrined in their lovely UN.
Rather akin to an Eskimo hunting seals and whale to eat. The Jew / Muslim slaughtering animals by Kosher / Halal. By a small disclaimer he could surely circumvent any legal challenge?
Whatever, yes you are right. Inquisition and next a Witch Finder General.

Scripture, like you Cousin, I read THE BOOK. Socialistic-Communism or Communistic-Socialism, all the same thing, Atheistic at its core. Defy it by following GOD’s Laws. LIFE, LIBERTY AND PROPERTY. You raise an interesting question that I’m sure will be of interest to those who have the right qualifications and breeding. I’m not a lawyer or of any significant recognized ethnicity. There is however, The Declaration of Independence and Bill of Rights, although ignored, by them, but not by GOD, that still apply, at least in my heart. God Bless the Defiant. Like many we are mocked for a purity of thought and faith. You know cousin, I am now older and wiser. Like you and many others I see everything in plain black and white.
My ancestors actions have taught me that evil should be fought at every level. It is sinful not to confront it. And yes, The Book shows us The Way.
I think that is why I now fear nothing. For what can they do knowing what we know?
I do not call out every man of different faith like they do. I do not fear Islam or zionism, I will even defend their right to hold their views. It is how they were born and raised as us, within a faith. It is how men manipulate purity that I despise so much. Jesus taught us to respect and honour ALL.
I found The NC Health statement about his site by the way. He has made his disclaimer more clear and they intend no action. That implies he had a disclaimer anyway and their investigation followed a written complaint, by who they do not state.
I am interested in history as you know. We see it in the making daily and it is being made in a big, big way. I pray for your wellbeing and for your families. As I do for all of my cousins. Have faith and trust. We know the ending to this story.
